Masasi Girls’ Secondary School
Masasi Girls Secondary School is located in Masasi – 200km from Mtwara town. The school is one out of two high schools in the Mtwara region. Even though the school has extensive facilities, most of the buildings were insalubrious, with the girl’s washrooms and toilet facilities being the worst affected.
The Masasi Girls Secondary School project was completed in August 2013 and WAF was successful in renovating 12 toilets and 6 bathrooms for the school. Further, WAF was able to construct two septic tanks which will ensure that waste disposal conforms to proper hygienic standards.

Objectives
